Return Policy

Recurring Billing/ Membership:  There are no returns for the Bride Business Builders Membership.

Bride Business Builders Toolkits and other related business products:  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase with all materials returned.  After 30 days all sales are final.  Clients are to pay return shipping fees.  Products will be replaced by if they are found to be defective and we are contacted within 14 days of delivery.  Send the entire system in the original packaging to:

Note: Bride Business Builders is not responsible for a lost shipment.  To ensure a refund, do not ship the product using means that cannot be tracked.  We recommend shipping the item via UPS Ground or registered mail.

Also notify us at wendy@BrideBusinessBuilders.com of your return so we may begin the return process.

Refund Policy

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on.  If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.

Recurring Billing/ Membership:  There is no refund available for the initial payment of the membership.  The refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned if the client forgets to cancel their subscription within 24 hours after the automatic renewal.   Multiple payments will not be refunded.  A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.  There is no refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

Bride Business Builders Toolkits & related products:  All refunds will be given within 14 days of the receipt of returned “like new” merchandise less shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Recurring Billing/ Membership:  Clients must request cancellation of their recurring billing/ membership via e-mail at Wendy@BrideBusinessBuilders.com If clients request a cancellation no future bills will be charged to their account.  The cancellation will not generate a refund – it will only stop any future charging.

Bride Business Builders Toolkits and other related business products:  Order cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase date and time, prior to the order being processed and shipped through our fulfillment center.

Delivery/ Shipping Policy

  • Sales taxes are based on the order’s “ship to “ address.
  • Orders are shipped via third party using USPS Priority Mail and cannot be tracked at the present time.  Upon order fulfillment, you will be sent a notification e-mail letting you know that your order has shipped.  Please contact us at wendy@BrideBusinessBuilders.com if your order has not arrived within 10 days of receipt of this e-mail so we can assist you.
  • We are not set up to ship outside of the U.S.
