Wendy Dahl has been a business coach and strategist since 2009. She partners with professionals in the wedding industry to create their own vision, develop a strategy to achieve it, and find joy and profitability in the resulting outcome.

Her “pay it forward” mentality and expertise developed over the past 15 years in marketing and entrepreneurship has created the foundation to help others in need of direction, encouragement and ultimately success. She has influenced hundreds of individuals through her teaching, coaching, speaking and masterminding programs to create a clear path to profitability and build sound businesses that can withstand any economy.

Prior to starting the coaching division of her business, she has built a thriving wedding planning business and is currently expanding into new markets. Her enthusiasm has propelled her to become a leader in the event industry where she has served as President for the International Special Events Society (ISES), Orange County chapter and Co-Director for the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC), Orange County networking group. She is currently Director of Marketing for the Wedding Industry Professionals Association (WIPA), a member of the Palm Springs Wedding & Event Professionals (PSWEP), The Pubic Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the International Coaches Federation (ICF).

In addition to earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, she has completed the Meeting and Events Management program at Orange Coast College, where she now teaches in the program. Wendy also teaches courses relating to weddings and events at UC Riverside.  She regularly speaks at local and national events on wedding trends and business tactics.  She is also an Accredited Bridal Consultant from ABC and a Beverly Clark Certified Wedding Professional.
